We wanted to take a moment to let you know about upcoming neighborhood activities. We love any excuse to get together. Please check our events tab or subscribe for updates sent to your email.
We are looking to add monthly social activities. Our neighborhood is made up of people of all ages and family dynamics and our events should be too! If you have any ideas, please send them our way!
We also wanted to reiterate that everyone is welcome to attend our upcoming events - they are NOT just for families with young children.
THINGS TO KNOW
MEMBERSHIP DUES
Each year, the Association collects voluntary dues to help offset the costs of events and maintenance. These dues go towards funding a large portion of our events such as the Egg Hunt, Flamingo Fridays, Block Party, Halloween Party, and more. They also go towards keeping the entrance walls to the neighborhood looking good!
Dues are $25 per household and we thank you in advance for your participation!

In order to make this association a success, we invite everyone to not only participate in the events, but to also work with us to plan and host these events. Please contact us to let us know what events you are interested in and how we could make this association better for our community.

HAVE YOU UPDATED THE DIRECTORY?
It is always nice to be able to contact a neighbor for various events and activities. Be sure to check the online directory to see if your information is up to date. The directory is how the association contacts you and how your fellow neighbors can contact you.
In order to access the online directory, you will need to register with this site. This is done to keep the directory accessible to only our association members. Once your registration has been approved by a board member, you will be able to view the latest version of the online directory and submit a form with updated information if necessary.
Why isn't there a paper copy of the directory? Due to frequent changes in information, an online version is easier to keep up to date. You can always print the directory on your own if you wish.
