FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS THE MISSION OF THE ASSOCIATION?

The mission of the Trotwood Manor West Neighborhood Association is to foster community spirit and pride through the organization of social events and other neighborhood activities, as well as assist in the maintenance of the neighborhood walls.*

*It should be noted that the neighborhood entrance walls are not the property of the neighborhood association, but of the owners of the plots they are on.  We work with these homeowners to provide landscaping on the street side of the walls and basic maintenance when funds are available.

WHAT DO OUR FEES GO TOWARDS?

  • landscaping the 5 walls to the neighborhood

  • overhead of website & communications

  • new neighbor welcome package

  • partial assistance with cost of social gatherings, not including block party or winter tour

WHAT STREETS ARE INCLUDED IN THE ASSOCIATION?

Glencairn Circle, Harrogate, Harvester Circle, Little Meadow, Miranda, Trotwood Ridge, Trotwood West, and Westgate

If you live on one of these streets, you are welcome to join the TMWNA.  However, it is not mandatory.  This is a voluntary association aimed at fostering community spirit and pride within our neighborhood.

DO WE HAVE A NEIGHBORHOOD DIRECTORY?

In the past, there has been a printed directory.  Unfortunately, printed media gets outdated quickly, so we are creating an online directory accessible through this site.  We are asking all members to check the information that has been imported from the last printed directory.  We know that many updates are needed.  Once you submit updated information, we will make the changes online in monthly batches.  Thank you for your patience.
